Steinwald’s Riki and Rouze’s Riki started the night under arcade lights, letting the noise, colors, and small wins carry the mood without trying too hard to make it something bigger. It was never about winning every round, being there, playing it through, and keeping everything easy like it naturally falls into place. Riki Steinwalds said, “Lu serius mau main lagi, udah jam dua? Koko cece lu nelpon gua nih.” “Yaelah, alay lu, baru jam segini,” The word Rouze’s Riki said. Small talks like that, but somehow making the night feel more alive.

After that, Steinwald’s Riki and Rouze’s Riki merely stepped through streets with no real destination, letting the energy settle into something calmer. The conversations came and went, mixed with silence that didn’t feel awkward at all. “Capek, kaki gua putus kayanya?”, “Kok gantian lu yang alay, ini baru keluar dari mall… :),” no rush, no need to prove anything, just moving side by side, letting the shady stretch a little longer than it should.

The night could scarcely have grown more remarkable within the gathering that brought together Steinwalds’ Ayah and Edurne’s Ayah, as they spent their hours among others of notable distinction. Laughter, flowing conversations, the pop of whiskey bottle caps, the pour of amber liquid, the bright chime of glass and crystal upon contact intertwined, all blending to fill the evening with a liveliness. For a moment—no, for several—it felt as though one had stepped into a world slightly unmoored, suspended between a well-poured glass of wine, familiar faces, and conversations that blurred at the edges.

Yet however deeply they were carried into the atmosphere that filled the whole place, their thoughts would still wander, returning to wonder what their families might be doing in moments when their fathers were not there to watch over them. Well, still grateful for that night and all the great moments it held within.
