the sea breeze was nice at first, the sunset too, even the waves sounded calming enough to stay a little longer. but after walking around the beach for what felt like forever, Thimblëa's Seonghyeon finally sighed and complained that everything was getting boring already.

while his little sister, Thimblëa's Seoah, kept running around happily taking pictures of the ocean like it was the most exciting thing in the world, seonghyeon only sat near the shore throwing small rocks into the water and asking when they could finally go home.

still, somehow the trip didn’t feel that boring anymore when seoah kept dragging him into every little moment— from taking blurry sunset photos to laughing at the cold wind messing up their hair. maybe the beach wasn’t the problem after all, maybe he just needed someone beside him to make the quiet feel less empty.
