Freighted from the restless thrum of the Halloween season. This epistle writ, kindled in our blood’s suture, addressed to you, @GrimOfFost. Know that my mind is bound to our warmth, and to the blithe hilarity we reiterate underneath the same sheltering roof. This pumpkin candy I proffer as a sweet currency of fortune, a flavour that’s indelible to the soul, even if frights haunt us. Tonight, may all our ardours be exchanged and known, may the togetherness defy the last dim. I yearn for our home to be perpetually filled with bliss and the transcendent wonder of our paradisaical ligature.

The night air was cool as we walked together. Eelje’s Taerae was humming a song softly, and Ni-ki joined in, while Loughrey’s Sangah, Vermillion’s Gaeul, Clyborne’s Hyein and Foster’s Iroha were having a girl-kinda-talk. While they were talking, Hurlstone’s Anton and Sarchner’s Seonghyeon started messing around, and the girls got pretty annoyed because of them. In between all our laughs, the sky started shifting. You know that moment? The kind of deep, purplish-blue going soft grey, then a hint of pink.
When the first sunlight finally brushed over us, it was so soft and golden. Seriously, it felt like a spotlight on everyone. We all just kind of… slowed down. Didn’t even talk. Just took it in. A really simple, gentle moment shared after a ridiculously long night out. Geez, we needed that. Felt good.
