Lucknow Super Giants have lost the previous two games which makes the coming game against CSK very important. LSG haven’t been at their best so far. While teams have managed to score 200+ score consistently this season, LSG have mostly scored around the 160 run mark. Not sure that would be enough against CSK. The concern for LSG has been their batting as barring Nicholas Pooran, others have been ordinary, including KL Rahul. The bowlers though have done well.

Meanwhile, CSK picked up a thrilling win over MI at the Wankhede Stadium. The team is placed third on the points table with four wins and two defeats. Ruturaj Gaikwad’s return to form is a great news for the team while Shivam Dube has been mighty consistent. MS Dhoni has also turned back the clock and struck lusty blows in final overs. However, lack of runs from Rachin Ravindra is a concern. The bowling from CSK has been top notch and the conditions in Lucknow will suit the visitors.

Delhi Capitals go head to head with Sunrisers Hyderabad on Saturday evening in Match 35 of the 2024 Indian Premier League. The Capitals had a poor start to the tournament but thrashed Gujarat Titans in their last match. Sunrisers are in fourth place with four wins from six.
Sunrisers Hyderabad have assembled a side full of aggressive batters and due to the impact player option, they are able to pack their line-up with big hitters. Although they have lost two matches so far, they will travel to Delhi full of confidence after posting a record-breaking 287/3 in their last game.

Although KKR have suffered recent defeats, they have been against the early pace setters Rajasthan Royals and last year’s Champions Chennai Super Kings. They have had an impressive start to the tournament and we expect them to be able to win this clash against the bottom of the table side.
Kolkata Knight Riders are competing at the top of the table but have lost two of their last three games.


RCB have no teams below them in the league at the moment and confidence is particularly low in their bowling unit as seen by all of their bowlers recording economy rates of 10.66 - 18.00 in their last match. In spite of their strong batters, we are not anticipating an RCB win in Kolkata.
RCB have won only one game so far in this campaign and are looking to avoid their sixth successive defeat in this match.

Punjab Kings have been below par in the tournament so far. The team has played seven games and lost four of them. Punjab Kings haven't been that bad as the results show but their inability to seize crunch moments have cost them a few games.

We are almost halfway into the tournament and barring Shashank Singh and Ashutosh Sharma, none of the Punjab Kings players has delivered a consistent show. PBKS will be aware that they need to string together a few wins in coming matches to stay alive in the race. A couple of defeats and their campaign can well be over way before expected.

Meanwhile, GT have also been ordinary. They have played seven games, winning thee and losing four. They suffered a massive defeat to DC in the last game after they were bowled out for a mere 89 and DC chased the target in 9 overs. The coming game thus becomes very important for both sides.

Rajasthan Royals (RR) have been performing exceptionally well in the Indian Premier League 2024, having won six out of seven games this season. On the other hand, Mumbai Indians come into this game after a win against the Punjab Kings.

The Royals have an excellent batting lineup, which has been in top form, and they have decimated bowling attacks. Meanwhile, Mumbai Indians have been struggling with consistency, and it will be on their minds going into this game. Fans can expect a closely fought match, and it will be interesting to see if Mumbai Indians can stop Rajasthan Royals’ rampaging form.
