KKR have been outstanding in the tournament so far. They have played five games, winning four and losing just one game. The wins have been very convincing too. The team has played aggressive cricket and steamrolled oppositions. They defeated LSG in the last game after they chased the target of 162 in 16th over, with eight wickets to spare.

Rajasthan Royals have also been brilliant, winning five and losing just one. They returned to winning ways after defeating PBKS by three wickets. The game against RR will be KKR’s biggest challenge. The Shreyas Iyer-led side has tried to be aggressive but dominating the class Royals bowling like they have done with other teams won’t be that easy.
RR have been magnificent. They are placed at the top of the table with five wins in six games.

Lucknow Super Giants have lost the previous two games which makes the coming game against CSK very important. LSG haven’t been at their best so far. While teams have managed to score 200+ score consistently this season, LSG have mostly scored around the 160 run mark. Not sure that would be enough against CSK. The concern for LSG has been their batting as barring Nicholas Pooran, others have been ordinary, including KL Rahul. The bowlers though have done well.

Meanwhile, CSK picked up a thrilling win over MI at the Wankhede Stadium. The team is placed third on the points table with four wins and two defeats. Ruturaj Gaikwad’s return to form is a great news for the team while Shivam Dube has been mighty consistent. MS Dhoni has also turned back the clock and struck lusty blows in final overs. However, lack of runs from Rachin Ravindra is a concern. The bowling from CSK has been top notch and the conditions in Lucknow will suit the visitors.
