What are Navodaya Vidyalayas?
Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNVs) are a system of central schools for talented students predominantly from rural area in India. They are run by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, New Delhi, an autonomous organization under the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India. JNVs are fully residential and co-educational schools affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi, with classes from VI to XII standard.
JNVs are specifically tasked with finding talented children in rural areas of India and providing them with an education equivalent to the best residential school system, without regard to their families' socio-economic condition. JNVs are one of the top-ranked schools among 10th and 12th CBSE Board exams.
Admission in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya is made on the basis of a Selection Test, designed and conducted by the CBSE.
The test is called the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST). It is of non-verbal nature, class-neutral and designed so as to ensure that talented children from rural areas are able to compete without facing any disadvantage. Special care is taken to ensure that children from far flung areas get admission forms free of cost, without any difficulty.
Following facilities are provided to the students in JNVs at free of cost.
(1) Education
(2) Boarding facilities
(3) Lodging facilities
(4) Uniform
(5) Text books
(6) Stationery (such as pen, pencil, eraser, scale, geometry box, note books, school bag )
(7) Daily use items(Bathing soap, Washing soap, Tooth paste, Tooth brush, Shoe polish, Hair oil, Washing and ironing of cloths, Sanitary napkins for girls)
Following expenditure on students in JNVs also born by NVS
(1) Travel expenditure of students by IIIAC in train/AC bus
(2) Medical expenditure.

Support for int64 IDs
With its rapid growth, Telegram is moving from 32-bit to 64-bit IDs so that users can continue creating billions of groups, channels and bots. Your app will need to support these new IDs as soon as possible to ensure users aren't interrupted.
To do so, make sure your app supports this API layer: https://core.telegram.org/api/layers#layer-133
Sponsored Messages
To cover its growing infrastructure costs, Telegram added sponsored messages – a paid, privacy-friendly way to promote bots and channels. We are happy to see support for this has already been added across the majority of third-party apps.
We ask that you make sure that these sponsored messages are supported and properly displayed in your app by January 1, 2022.
