It’s simple, maybe even boring to other people, but with you it feels different like time slows down just enough for me to notice every small detail about you. Watching you from across the room, I realize this might be what people mean when they say home isn’t a place. I don’t say much because I don’t need to you lean closer anyway, soft and obedient, like you already know where you belong.
