Where the lunar sovereign decants her inexhaustible adoration and mirth: ๐‘ฃฟ (tributes bestowed) by the myriad spirits she encountersโ€”โ€She harvests her ink, inscribing sagas upon the parchment of existence.โ€

The before vs. The aftermath I got a little carried away by a bottle of Disaronno combined with what I like to call a trauma dump session with Gregory๐Ÿคญ Fortunately he provided the munchies so, donโ€™t worry I wonโ€™t sleep through our plans again๐Ÿซก ‎

After all of my efforts to get rid of my hangover with pizza, something really unexpected happened. Our midnight conversation, more like a deep, unfiltered exchange of thoughts and trauma, had a surprisingly sobering effect, keeping me wide awake. But what no one knew was that in my room, there was a hidden spaceโ€”a special room that, according to our earlier plans, was meant for karaoke.

However, as the night unfolded, Aimee, Uncle Gregory, and I ended up singing not the upbeat songs weโ€™d hoped for, but the sad ballads that reflected our emotions. Instead of lighthearted moments, we shared sad stories, which led to a movie marathon of bittersweet films. In the end, we found solace in each otherโ€™s company and the melancholy we shared. I love 'em.

Enough drinking, weโ€™re singing What Was I Made For until sunrise.

They say drunk words are most likely to be repressed emotions, and I agreeโ€” the drinks are simply a truth serum๐Ÿ˜‚ While I wasnโ€™t usually one to indulge in emotional conversation due to my avoidant tendency #womeninmalefields, Iโ€™m actually quite fond of tonightโ€™s session. Maybe sharing my thoughts to people who cares is not as bad as I thought it would be. ๐Ÿค”

After all of our deep conversations, the karaoke session with Aimee and Uncle Gregory, and the sad movie marathon, the night feels complete. As the evening comes to an end, let me indulge in the simple pleasure of savoring my popcorn. The crisp, buttery bites offer the perfect ending to this whirlwind of emotions, and with each kernel, I find a little comfort, such a peaceful pause before I finally drift away.

Itโ€™s still early, but Iโ€™m already falling in love with the beauty of Tossa de Mar all over again. No matter how chaotic the night might have been, thereโ€™s something about a quiet morning walk that truly resets everything. The crisp air, the gentle rhythm of the waves, and the breathtaking view of the seaโ€”itโ€™s like natureโ€™s own remedy, a dose of pure serenity. This โ€œvitamin seaโ€ revives me, making every step feel lighter, every breath fresher, and more beautiful.

Beach on a Saturday morning? It sounded like the perfect plan when Cherrie and I came up with itโ€”completely forgetting she was out with Gregory and Aimee until around 3 a.m. Honestly, only God knows when those three finally gave in and slept. Meanwhile, I wasnโ€™t much better. I had a super late dinner at the Velencosoโ€™s that turned into a long chat with the hosts. By the time it was over, my husband had to carry me back to the hotel because I was too far gone to even walk straight.

So here we are, trying to convince ourselves this idea wasnโ€™t completely insane. But you know what? It turned out to be absolutely worth it. The ocean breeze hit us like a gentle wake-up call. Cherrie was hilarious company. We walked and laughing at each otherโ€™s questionable life choices, and decided to test the water. And thatโ€™s when I realized I forgot to bring a change of clothes. Thankfully, husband came to the rescue, showing up with fresh clothes. Heโ€™s my lifesaver, literally and figuratively.
