Let me show you my ideal hot dog—a playful little creation that’s equal parts chaos and charm. I started with crunchy onions, then just added a slice of that mysterious yellow American cheese… cheddar, I think? A few tomatoes joined the party, though admittedly, it wasn’t the prettiest moment. And then came the sauces—ketchup, ketchup, and even more ketchup. And just like that, it was done. Maybe not a culinary masterpiece, but it was mine—fun, messy, and made with love.

I’ve just arrived in México, and the first thing I did—of course—was find my way to lunch. I didn’t realize how much I missed the food here until that very first bite. There’s something about the way flavors come alive in this city, like they’ve been waiting just for me. It’s warm, familiar, and honestly? A little emotional. I’m back, and my heart (and also my stomach ofc) is full.
