Resep Donat Empuk dan Lembut

Bahan:
- 500 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi
- 11 gr ragi instan
- 100 gr gula pasir
- 2 butir kuning telur
- 250 ml susu cair hangat
- 50 gr margarin
- ½ sdt garam

Cara Membuat:
1. Campur tepung, gula, dan ragi. Tambah kuning telur & susu, uleni hingga setengah kalis.
2. Masukkan margarin & garam, uleni sampai elastis. Diamkan 45 menit hingga mengembang.
3. Kempiskan adonan, bentuk donat, lalu diamkan lagi 15 menit.
4. Goreng dengan api kecil hingga keemasan.
5. Angkat, tiriskan, beri topping sesuai selera.
