On December 21th, I purchased gold valued at 200 after noticing a promotional banner on the Invest Bharatpe app. Bharatpe assured me that I would receive gold worth 200 in my wallet as a reward, as stated in their terms and conditions. Although the gold was credited, the contract and the terms and conditions did not specify that my gold could be taken away, which constitutes a breach of contract by Bharatpe.

Today, my gold was removed from my wallet.

I possess all the evidence of this fraudulent act perpetrated by Bharatpe.

I am proceeding to consumer court to file a lawsuit against the company due to the breach of agreement between the company and the investor. The incorporation is obligated to provide me with compensation and a penalty.
