Bitcoin price witnessed a sharp dump to $50,900 on April 18, which some analysts attribute to a drop in hash rate and rumors of possible action by United States regulators against unnamed “financial institutions” alleging crypto-related money laundering.

The entire Top 10 is traded in the green zone. Dogecoin +23.8%, Ripple +13.2% and Bitcoin Cash +11.8%.

​​Bitcoin is taking support at the daily 50 MA (Moving Average), the yellow line and needs to close above it to remain bullish. Bitcoin never closes a daily candle below daily 50 MA after the rally starts from $11,000. If BTC daily candle closes below the 50 MA then that is bearish and it will be going to test the 100 MA (Orange line).

This week is very crucial for BTC and we see volatility in the market. If BTC is able to reclaim the $60,000 resistance area then the sentiments again turn bullish. Also there is a lot of buyers waiting in the $50,000-$53,000 area and it was clearly seen on the chart. See the long wick that means buyers are ready to buy at these levels. Use stop loss in every trade.

However, the failure of the bulls to sustain the price above the 50-day simple moving average ($56,486) today suggests that there is hesitation to buy at higher levels. After the initial oversold bounce, traders are struggling to sustain the momentum of the relief rally in Bitcoin and most altcoins, a signal that selling could intensify.

Most of the Top-10 are in the red zone, except for Dogecoin, which is growing +21.6%. The leader in the decline is Ripple -14.6%
