Despite some fears that Bitcoin and the US stock futures could drop following US President Trump’s hospitalization, the markets have remained calm. In fact, BTC has marked minor gains on a 24-hour scale.

Bitcoin broke out from yesterday’s range between $10,500 and $10,600 and topped at $10,750 a few hours ago. Since then, the asset has decreased slightly to $10,630, but it’s still 0.5% up.

Most alternative coins are in the green today. Ripple is the most significant gainer from the top 10. After a 6% surge, XRP has neared $0.25
