BTC Update

🎯Our BTC analysis played out just perfectly! Look at that

We broke down the small upward channel and swiftly reached the support zone (EMA200 on 4h) we had pointed out earlier. Just like we expected ✅ (Our first red arrow completed)

After a little consolidation at the EMA200 on 4h we eventually broke down below it. (In previous updates we were saying that this support to eventually break, because it was tested for too many times). We broke the EMA200 and reached the bottom of the channel following our second red arrow! ✅

It looks like we broke down the big downward channel -> very bearish sign

However…

💭 Breaking the channel at this moment does not feel right, because if we do it will be too bearish. Stock market is bouncing after a bloodbath. BTC could follow.

💡We can even redraw the channel in the most conservative way in order to give BTC the last chance to bounce off of the bottom line. If the price does not bounce off of the support, fasten your seatbelts!

📍Mid 8ks region is the target zone, but the problem is that too many people want to buy there.
So, there are two possible outcomes: we will either bounce earlier or go significantly dipper.

New small downward channel established inside the big one. Pay attention to it as well.

Well that escalated exactly, target hit. I would expect some sideways action here for further uptrend. Otherwise, we could dump even further.

💡The overall picture does look good for a bounce off the support. The daily is printing a reversal candle (bullish hammer) at the strong support with the wick below MA200 and the body above it. Expecting a bounce from here to at least 9k.

However, the daily candle has 12 hours to go, but at this point of time this reaction looks bullish
