3. #BTC tops at $65k - $68k with a huge ugly wick
4. Coinbase is listed on stocks - this is the start of the correction
5. SPX breaks down the wedge, stocks dump hard together with all crypto

Here is the plan according to statements above:

1. Buy some alts bags, majors (#BNB, #DOT, #LINK and others) and low-caps, also buy Bitcoin
2. Be ready to sell majors for 30-50% profit and Bitcoin for 10% profit
3. Sell at top before the major crash and go all in cash

🔹After many grey areas about the date of the Coinbase platform's IPO, it is finally known and is set for April 14, 2021. Under the ticker COIN, Coinbase will use the direct listing method on Nasdaq.

🔹The largest cryptocurrency exchange platform in the United States, has revealed the date of its IPO after receiving approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

🔹The American company could be valued at $100 billion at the time of its IPO, as evidenced by the shares that would be between $300 and $350 each at a private auction held last March.

🔹According to calculations made by CNBC, the 39.6 million shares of Coinbase held by the platform's CEO, Brian Armstrong, would be worth $13.6 billion at listing.

​​📉 Daily Bitcoin chart review 📈

Yesterday forecast for BTC was slightly bearish. With everything pumping it is hard to believe it can ever come true. But I keep it open. Price failed to grow above 58553 and therefore my bullish target for 55-56k stay valid. At the same time SP500 same as Dow Jones form bull flag at 4H which may breakout. If happen this will surely push Bitcoin's chart up as well.

CME gaps: wasn't monitoring that chart for long time. Just FYI it has two small gaps nearby - one up till 59970 and another down to 53595. CME price is approximately ~330$ above Binance.
