"Guess we all had different plans for the beach after all." That realization came a little too late. Reedwart's Bahiyyih had already settled herself comfortably on the sand, letting the waves reach her feet, while Lumenheirs's Minju wandered along the shoreline with a chilled can in hand. A glance, a laugh, and a playful exchange about whose idea of a beach day was better were enough to fill the quiet afternoon with life.
A few steps away, Cherrilane's Jungwon simply watched the two with an amused smile before joining them near the water. The conversation drifted as naturally as the sea breeze, jumping from random stories to teasing one another over the smallest things, until none of them could even remember what they had been talking about in the first place.
By the time the sun slowly leaned toward the horizon, nobody had followed a proper plan. They only shared the same shoreline, collected far too many photos, and left with sandy footprints, salty air lingering on their clothes, and another carefree memory they would gladly come back to.
