* These are "old-growth forests" that has attained great age without significant disturbance, and thereby exhibits unique ecological features and might be classified as a climax community.

📚Conventions Related to Nuclear liability

There are 3 major international conventions related to Nuclear liability.
✅ The Paris Convention on Third Party Liability in the Field of Nuclear Energy ( Paris Convention of 1960 ) ----- It's a OECD convention
✅ The Vienna Convention on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage ( Vienna Convention of 1963 ) ---- by International Atomic Energy Agency IAEA
✅ The Convention on Supplementary Compensation for Nuclear Damage of 1997 ( CSC Convention ) ---- by International Atomic Energy Agency IAEA
Note - India is not a party to The Vienna or the Paris Conventions , But India signed the CSC on 2010 on the basis of its national law , the CLND Act (Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage Act, 2010).
Note - A state which is a party to either Vienna or Paris Convention could also become a party to CSC.
A state which is not a party to either of these conventions could also become a party to the CSC if its national law on nuclear liability is in compliance with the provision of the CSC. ( India's case )
