As I have repeatedly told to my students, Upsc Prelims has ALWAYS been more of a Static-subject oriented exam contrary to popular belief of Current affairs...
Practically it's NOT possible for an aspirant to cover 2-3 years of Current affairs...
Therefore, it's Polity, History, Economy and to some Extent Environment which helps you to clear Prelims.
56 questions straight from these subjects ONLY !!!
