✅India signs Biodiversity Beyond National Jurisdiction Agreement (BBNJ) or Treaty of High seas
👉to protect marine life in areas which are not owned by any country; these areas start from 370km from any coastline.
👉This treaty is a part of United Nations Convention on Law of Sea (UNCLOS) , which is often called as the “Constitution of the Ocean”.
